The process here is simple: Select your state, city and then the provider you are interested in. Each longterm hospital profile covers the basics (Phone number, address, etc) as well as a wide array of quality measures which include, but are not limited to: Infection rates, central line details, catheter numbers, average number of patients, number of beds, comparisons to national averages, neuro and functional testing and improvement values, mobility improvements, fall reports, and more.
